About Sean
Sean Parnell served as Governor of Alaska from 2009 to 2014 and later as Chancellor of the University of Alaska Anchorage. Sean also served clients as an attorney in private practice for twenty-five years.
Today, he writes and speaks on leadership topics for businesses, universities, communities, boards, nonprofit organizations and churches.
With stories both humorous and humble, Sean addresses the whole leader, from the inner life of faith to the outward execution of an organization’s mission and everything in between. Sean goes beyond tips and tactics, drawing on decades of public service and years of building teams, managing large organizations, and making the hard decisions.
